Communications
All requests for event support must be submitted on the Hillel Events Platform at least two weeks in advance. Our weekly emails typically go out on Sunday nights during the semester.
Please also submit your event canva at the same time.

Finance
All requests for event support should be submitted on the Hillel Events Platform at least two weeks in advance.
Note that there have been some updates to the spending and budgeting guidelines — please be sure to read through them for all updated policies and best practices. The deadline to submit receipts is 10 days after an event. More information about our policies related to budgeting, reimbursements, and requests for Ramp usage can be found here.
To be reimbursed for approved expenditures, please submit event attendance and photos in the reimbursement form, and submit receipts via Ramp.
Please enter any non-A-board expenses into the Student group spending spreadsheet when you submit the post-event form as well as any Ramp reimbursement requests you might have.

Hillel Planning Calendar & Shabbat Schedule
The student planning calendar and Shabbat calendar are intended to help you schedule events to maximize participation. Some amount of double booking and overlapping of events is, of course, inevitable. These are planning tools. The official and public-facing calendar is the Hillel Events Platform.
