Photo/Video Usage Disclaimer

Hillel reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Hillel event without the expressed written permission of those included in the photograph/video.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and students, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without approval from the photographed person.

Someone attending a Hillel event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer at the event, and/or to the event organizers in advance by email to hillel@brandeis.edu. Please include a photograph in your email. Hillel will use the photo you send for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Hillel may not use, copy, alter or modify Hillel photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Hillel.
