Mazal tov, mazal tov!

We’re delighted to celebrate the class of 2026 with a festive Shabbat during Commencement weekend with families and friends.

Graduating students, families, and friends are invited to join us for Shabbat meals and student-led services. A full schedule of times and locations will be shared with those who register.

Registration is now open with early bird rates until March 13. Registration will close on April 20.

It is very helpful for planning purposes when families register well in advance.

We expect Shabbat meals will take place in the Faculty Club. Shabbat dinner will be catered by Tova's, one of Boston's premier kosher caterers.

Many families stay at the Marriott in Newton or an Airbnb in the area. The university’s department of Community Living often makes some residence hall rooms available during the weekend (see here).
