Karen grew up in Dallas, Texas and earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Southern Methodist University, with a minor in Religious Studies. Most recently, she served as a Campus Marketing and Development Manager at Hillel International, supporting Hillels across the country with their marketing and development efforts.

In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and going on long walks with her dog, Maisy.
